1-使用前上下搖勻，臉部使用時，請噴在手上在輕拍於臉上。
2-身體使用時以距離約15 - 20公分的距離，均勻來回噴灑於身體肌膚，以手輕拍勻即可。
3-頭髮使用時以距離約15 - 20公分的距離，均勻來回噴灑於髮絲上。
